Advocate: Represent members at government meetings and on provincial/state councils;

Monitor: Keep an eye on our Chiputneticook Lakes’ natural environment: water levels, quality, aquatic and invasive species as well as the natural flora and fauna;
Educate: Provide information about community resources, boating and water sport safety, and environmental best practices, such as shoreline restoration, invasive species;
Plan: Participate in the planning processes for responsible land use including any proposed development or environmental impacts;
Promote the Chiputneticook Lakes culture and give back to the greater CLIC community;
Protect: Work to protect the lake and its shorelines from toxic chemicals, invasive species and boating hazards;
Organize: Plan coordinated advocacy efforts and social events for members
Support: Contribute to local programs, communities and associations
Communicate: Keep our Members informed in a timely manner about issues that affect them and listen to our Members about how CLIC can best serve.
Partner with like-minded organizations throughout the CLIC region to advocate and educate collectively on important CLIC matters.
